Conference Package Standard

  • Setup and room rental for the main meeting room according to the number of participants
  • Beamer table, screen and flipchart
  • Paper, pens and dextrose
  • 1 morning coffee break with coffee, tea and fruits
  • Lunch or dinner as a one-course meal in the restaurant or as a snack in front of the conference room
  • 1 afternoon coffee break with coffee, tea and tea biscuits
  • Individual service
Full day: 30,00 EUR
Half day*: 26,00 EUR


Conference Package Superior
  • Setup and room rental for the main meeting room according to the number of participants
  • Beamer (for >50 particiants) or overhead projector with screen, flipchart and pin board
  • Paper, pens and dextrose
  • 1 morning coffee break with coffee, tea, fruits and fruit yoghurt
  • Lunch or dinner as a two-course meal or a light seasonal buffet
  • 1 afternoon coffee break with coffee, tea and delicious cake from the local bakery
  • Individual service
Full day: 38,00 EUR
Half day*: 33,00 EUR

* The half-day rate covers room rental for up to 5 hours. Please note that the half-day package only contains one coffee break.
