The RAMADA Hotel Dresden is ideal for seminars, conferences, incentives and kick-off meetings. The modern conference rooms can be combined flexibly and can accommodate up to 550 people. For banquets, you can choose from function rooms for up to 420 people. All rooms have daylight and can be darkened. The 13 conference rooms with 2 foyers are at ground level and can be accessed by vehicles – ideal for exhibitions and presentations of larger items, such as cars. We are happy to give you access to modern conference technology and provide support from our highly-trained and professional event team.

• Writing set with paper, pens and dextrose

• 1 coffee break in the morning with a coffee and tea buffet, plus a fruit selection
• Sit-down lunch in the restaurant or a light meal outside the conference room
• 1 coffee break in the afternoon with coffee and tea, plus an accompaniment of your choice*

Prices:

38.- Euro per guest per day
33.- Euro per guest per ½ day

If a half day package is booked, 1 coffee break is dropped and the room may be used for a maximum of 5 hours.

Should fewer than 30 guests be expected in house for lunch, we will replace the lunch buffet with a seasonal two-course meal.
